February 11 Second Club

I have lots of videos this time around. first i did the basic basic idea i had in my head and sketched it out. then i shot lots of reference video of my self and these were the pieces that made the final cut! the syncing isnt very good but its just to get a general idea.

After sorting thru tons of footage i went ahead and did my new sketches now that i had more of an idea of what i was doing. these were the sketches i came up with.





after the sketches i jumped in maya and did my blocking. This is my final version of blocking before i went in and started smoothing things out

this months 11 second club has 181 submissions thats craziness im really hoping i win id even be happy placing in the top 10 . cant wait to start voting on every1s seeing what im up against.

think im gonna take the month of march off for 11 sec club ill see maybe do some other animation thats not dialogue driven. also i will be working on a new painting as well for tates local artist self portrait show until then or i find something crazy to post GOODNIGHT!
